Please do your research. A puppy is a lifetime commitment. You are welcome to phone me anytime at 203-298-0428 if you have any questions about your quest for a Coton de Tulear puppy.
So as you begin your search for your new addition to your family, not only would you want to buy from a Breeders of Excellence Breeder, WHO HEALTH TEST ALL THEIR BREEDING DOGS. PLEASE ask your breeder if they are mandated to give your personal and private information to their governing body for possible future spamming. I believe that ethics and morality are one and the same.
